Snapshots of My Current and Past Work ^

March 2012: PNG - Example how to create informative text clustering visualization (taken from emergency department suicide risk assessment study)
July 2011: ZIP - Example of epilepsy data collection, extraction, learning, and usege for outcome measures.
September 2007: PNG - You can spend months trying to write good html -> latex or wiki -> latex converter - maybe it's better just to learn latex and put it on wiki - I exchanged small program called texvc with a simple perl script to make full inline latex possible
September 2007: PNG - Wiki2pdf (WikiPdf) snapshots extension - it allows to produce scientifical papers as well as grants with multiple PDFs - the extension can combine couple media wiki pages to create one or multiple PDFs (nluwiki.net)
September 2007: PNG - Picasaweb <-> home page v1 example - here I use ASP .NET to fetch picasaweb RSS - ASP .NET has nice XML parser - if google would allow for more customizatiion of the web albums then many artists could use picasaweb as thei work repository (www.annavanmatre.com)
September 2007: PNG - Picasaweb <-> homepage v2 example - this time I use ajax + perl to fetch what is in the artist's picasaweb folders and exchange the static contents - google is very nice but their web interface for picture albums is useless for an artist (www.annamat.com)
October 2006: PNG - Manual annotation of medical patient records interface (new web application framework, definitions added)
